Tandoori Specialities
Tandoori dishes marinated in yoghurt and aromatic spices and cooked in a tandoori clay oven on skewers. The charcoal and high temperatures create a unique cooking process sealing in the goodness and giving a very special flavour (medium spiced) served with salad and mint yoghurt sauce.
