Questions people ask
Do you take cards?
Yes, when you eat in: you can pay by card or in cash. Takeaway is cash only, so bring cash to the counter when you collect. We cannot take cards or cheques for a takeaway. One thing worth knowing: the banking hub on Lansdown Road runs Monday to Friday, nine till five, so it is shut every hour we are open and all weekend. If you are collecting a takeaway, get the cash out beforehand.
Do you deliver?
No. Collection from Burn View only, or eat in.
Are the prices on this website up to date?
Yes. Every price on this site comes from the kitchen's own list. The old website had a 2019 price list still sitting on it, which is why people were turning up to a different number at the counter. That file is gone. If you ever find a price here that is wrong, tell us on 01288 359994 and we will fix it that night.
How does the 10% off work?
It comes off once your collection order is over £25. No code needed. The running total on the menu shows how close you are, and we take it off when you pay.
How long will my food take?
We give you a time when you ring, or when we reply to your email. We cook to order, so at busy times it can run over. If you need it for a set time, tell us when you order.
